2. Real-Time Processing & Zero Video Storage
When you enter a Twitter/X URL into our search bar, our parser processes the request in-memory to resolve the media streaming manifest. We do not record your download history, nor do we host, cache, or archive any videos, GIFs, or audio files on our servers.
3. Direct CDN Media Transfer
When you click 'Download', the media file is transferred directly from Twitter official CDN servers to your local device. SaveTwit acts solely as a client-side parser and does not intercept, relay, or duplicate the binary video payload.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We use a minimal preference cookie (ndt_preferences) solely to preserve your preferred theme (Dark/Light mode) and UI settings across page visits. We do not use persistent tracking cookies, fingerprinting scripts, or cross-site advertising trackers.
5. Server Access Logs and Security
For network security, DDoS mitigation, and rate limiting purposes, our web servers temporarily record standard technical data (such as anonymized IP addresses, browser user agent, and timestamp). These logs are automatically rotated and deleted on a regular basis.
6. Children's Privacy
SaveTwit is a general-audience utility and is not directed towards children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children in compliance with COPPA and global data privacy standards.
